How Much Does a Sandwich Franchise Cost with Penn Station?

Minimum Franchise Qualifications

Net Worth of $500,000 and $300,000 unencumbered, verifiable liquid assets.
A dedicated Managing Owner with a minimum of 10% ownership. The Managing Owner must live in or near the market where the restaurant(s) will be located.

Initial Investment Per Restaurant

Franchisees can expect their total Penn Station sandwich franchise cost to be between $507,500 to $858,750 per restaurant. This includes the initial franchise fee, development fee, and other costs associated with each restaurant.

Site Development Fee: $3,500 per territory
Initial Franchise Fee: $25,000
Store Construction: $227,000 to $324,000*
Other costs such as equipment, inventory, and licenses (Item 7 of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) lists estimated initial investment costs.)

Ongoing Fee Structure

Royalty Fee: 0%-8% (to reflect potential incentive plan eligibility.)**
National Advertising Fee: 2% of net sales (up to 4%).
Local Marketing Co-Op: Varies by Market
