Penn Station Founder, Jeff Osterfeld, opened his first Philadelphia-style cheesesteak and submarine sandwich restaurant as sole proprietor in Cincinnati, Ohio under the name of “Philadelphia Steak & Sub” in 1985. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Penn Station since its incorporation on January 5, 1987. Jeff’s favorite Penn Station sandwich is the Founder’s Special.
